"Popera" crooner Rufus Wainwright has the Wednesday night slot at Penn's Landing this week as he tours in support of his new Mark Ronson-produced LP, Out of the Game. You might remember Mr. Wainwright for his cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," which sold several million copies of the Shrek soundtrack a decade ago.
