The Post Industrial City

Take in the post-industrial landscape of downtown Philly for a good look at the importance of the area in the city’s development. This 1.5-mile walking tour goes along Callowhill and Willow between Broad and the Delaware and affords looks of some interesting old buildings, including the now-abandoned Reading Railroad Viaduct and WIllow Street Steam Generation Plant.
