The Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela arrives in Philadelphia for its Verizon Hall debut, conducted by Gustavo Dudamel. As Music Director of this illustrious orchestra along with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Gothenberg Symphony Orchestra, Dudamel will lead the night with his well-known passion and energy. Program repertoire includes Sinfonia india by Chavez, Tre versiones sinfonicas by Orbon, and Eine Alpensinfonie (An Alpine Symphony) by Strauss.
