Azuka Theater presents the premiere of Pookie Goes Grenading by J.C. Lee and directed by Kevin Glaccum. The play tells the tale of 14 year old Pookie, whose dreams are perhaps a little far-fetched. Pookie, along with her best friend Dynamo, social diva Benny, and Greta Van Susteren, embark on an epic journey, encountering the thrill of life, art, revolution and the pursuit of more Facebook friends along the way, all charged by the fierce determination of adolescence.
